RuFlow is not in the App Store yet, so you install it through Apple’s TestFlight. It is three steps, and you do all of them on your iPhone.

Install TestFlight
TestFlight is Apple’s free app for installing apps before they reach the App Store. Skip this if you already have it.
Get TestFlight on the App StoreOpen RuFlow and create your account
Open RuFlow from your home screen and create your account in the app. You will need your name, email address, date of birth and a password. You must be 16 or over.
Invited by your coach?
If your coach sent you an invite link, install first, then tap that link again on this phone and choose Open in the RuFlow app. That is the step that connects you to your coach. Their invite stays valid for 14 days, so tapping it before you had the app does not use it up.
On Android? RuFlow is iPhone only.
